hey My names Carson (im a girl) and im 15, im a freshman in High school and this is our last week of school, and i really wanted to get a job this summer so i can have some cash on me and i think it will we really good for me to have a job. Some of the main places i want to work are Target and Celebration Cinemas (its a movie theater in MI) but idk if i can work there, and if i can do i have to have one of the fill out forms you get from school to be able to work? And if i work at Target, would i be able to work on the floor like in the fitting rooms?? I'm writing a Christmas Blockbuster called "The Night Before Christmas". I'm writing the final scenes this week and the Film is a Christmas Comedy Thriller with a Projected Cast that.....well, let's just say it contains some of the most famous and popular actors and actresses in Hollywood history ("The Jack"; January; Bette; Maggie; Robin; Juliette; Eddie; Kristin; Leslie; Tommy Lee; Eva; Jane; Oliver; Liev; Adam B; Jack B; John Cleese et-all), as well as Cameo's by Chér; The Rolling Stones and Jim Carrey. There is fanatsy; heart stopping action; side splitting and EXTREMELY Politically Incorrect comedy and romance, between the film's leading couple, Micahel and Yvonne (Oliver Platt and Kristin Scott Thomas). So basically, it is a celebration of cinema, encompassing all the great film genres and actors of today and I hope that 1 day, you'll get the chance to enjoy it as much as I've nejoyed writing it! So I'm wondering what YOUR ideal Christmas/Festive film would be, 1 that hasn't already been made and if "The Night Before Christmas" ever hits a theatre near you, would you go and see it? I'd like to see The Ruins next week with my best friend, but I'm only 16. She'll be 17 by then (her birthday is Tuesday -- happy birthday, Erin! :D). My parents definitely don't want to see this movie, and neither do hers... So... 1. Is 17 old enough to see an R-rated movie? Or do you have to be 18? 2. Could my parents just buy us the tickets, then leave? Or would they have to buy their own tickets and walk into the theatre with us? (This wouldn't work well, since that means we'd be wasting money) 3. If the only way for us to see this movie is to sneak in, would you please give me tips for not getting caught? :] Are there guards in front of the theatre in the first few days or so? Do they go away after a week or something? Any other information would be very helpful too, if you have some!
